Recruitment and Assessment

We perform a focused and effective search for the necessary employee, by a close cooperation with the client and using diverse methods of candidate attraction during the work process (job advertisements, candidate attraction from databases and other internal resources). During the project we organise job and competency interviews with the suitable candidates and assess the candidates’ competencies and suitability for the position. In case of necessity we perform tests of candidates’ professional competencies attracting external experts of the field, as well as by organising participation of specialists at final interviews.  At the closing of a vacancy project, we follow the fulfilment of warranties and successful commencement of employment relations with the employee.

Direct Attraction of Candidates – Head Hunting

During the recruitment project as well as at target-oriented and vacancy projects, we organise confidential projects and perform direct head hunting by using not only the internal resources and data bases of candidates but also purposefully attracting candidates from external resources selected in cooperation with the client.

Assessment of Professional Competencies

Within the framework of vacancy projects we organise a specialised assessment of candidates’ and employee’s professional competencies by utilising external experts of the respective fields. We perform competency interviews and assessment of candidates determined/submitted by the client and/or of client’s company employees.

Consultations in Personnel Management

The Recruitment Project Managers provide consultations on various personnel management, recruitment and assessment issues (guidelines for remuneration and motivation, organisation of candidate selection procedure, psychological aspects of employment termination notice etc.)

Development of Job Description and Personnel Documentation

The Recruitment Project Managers provide consultations as well as practically assist at organising the personnel documentation within the scope of their professionalism.
