Since the establishment in 2006, SIA I-Work Latvia is a successful recruitment and personnel assessment company. Our basic fields of activities are recruitment, assessment, consulting and direct attraction of candidates or head hunting, ensuring effective localisation of the necessary employees.The main specialisation of I-Work Latvia is recruitment and assessment of the first, second and top level management. On average the project managers of I-Work Latvia are able to find more than 150 employees annually which is the factor of our quality.

The main goals of I-Work Latvia are to find out the clients’ needs, to establish a mutually positive communication thus providing an effective implementation of projects. The basis for a successful cooperation is an individual approach and rules of cooperation which is the jointly developed strategy and methodology for searching the necessary employees.
